Refund & Returns
We’re happy to offer free 20 working day returns on all UK orders.
If you’d like to return an item, please contact us at team@wearemogu.com, and we’ll be glad to help.
Return Eligibility
To ensure your item is eligible for return, please make sure it meets the following conditions:
Condition: The item must be returned in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase: Please include your receipt or order confirmation.
Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at team@wearemogu.com with photos and details, so we can make it right.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether it qualifies for a refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10–14 working days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
How to Return
To start a return, email team@wearemogu.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior approval can’t be accepted.

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return your original order and place a new one once your return is approved.
Bundles & Subscriptions
For bundles or subscriptions purchased at a discount, partial returns will be recalculated based on the full product price of the items you keep.
This ensures fair pricing while keeping our discounted offers available to all customers.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products can’t be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food or plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care goods (e.g. beauty or ingestible products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please get in touch before sending it back.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
As above, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
