We currently ship orders across the United Kingdom.

All orders are packed with care and dispatched from UK.


Processing Times


Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.


During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you quickly.


UK Shipping


Standard Delivery: Free on all orders over £60*. (*amount might change due to costs & ongoing promotions)

Orders under the free shipping amount ship for a rate calculated by Royal Mail at checkout.

Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Express Delivery: Some London post codes might benefit from Express Delivery.

 

Order Tracking


Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.


Delays & Exceptions


While most orders arrive on time, delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, postal strikes, or extreme weather.

We’ll always do our best to keep you informed and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.


Preorders & Backorders


If a product is marked as preorder or out of stock, the estimated shipping timeframe will be displayed on the product page.

Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items may be shipped separately.


Address Changes & Failed Deliveries


Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

We’re unable to redirect parcels once they’re on the way.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the additional postage cost is covered.


Lost or Damaged Parcels


If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, contact us at team@wearemogu.com with your order number.

We’ll work with our courier partners to investigate and make things right.
